Zora 3.0 Introduces Radar Without Limits
Full radar overlay and control, now available on any device
For decades, marine radar has followed the same pattern: tied to a dedicated display, locked into a single brand ecosystem, and limited in how and where it can be used.
Zora 3.0 changes that.
We’re proud to introduce true radar overlay and full radar control across any device — whether you’re using a phone, tablet, or onboard display. This is not screen mirroring. It’s not a companion app. It’s a fully integrated, system-level capability that makes radar accessible wherever you are on the vessel.
A new model for radar at sea
Traditional systems require you to be standing in front of a chartplotter to access and control radar. Even modern mobile apps are typically limited to mirroring what’s already happening on a fixed display.
Zora takes a different approach.
Radar is no longer tied to a screen. It becomes part of a unified system — available anywhere, at any time.
Captains can now:
View live radar overlay directly on charts
Adjust range, gain, clutter, and operating modes
Control radar behavior in real time
Do it all from any connected device on board
Whether you’re at the helm, down below, or moving through the boat, radar is always within reach.
Multi-brand. Multi-radar. One system.
Zora 3.0 currently supports a wide range of radar systems from leading manufacturers including Garmin, Navico, and Raymarine.
Support for Furuno — including advanced models like the DRS4D-NXT — is already in development.
What makes this truly different is not just compatibility, but flexibility:
Mix radar brands within a single system
Operate up to four radars simultaneously
Access and control everything through one unified interface
This level of interoperability is rarely seen in marine electronics, where systems are traditionally closed and brand-dependent.
Built for real-world vessels
As with any advanced marine integration, some radar models may require specific interface hardware or wiring configurations to ensure proper operation when connected to Zora.
Our team works directly with customers and installers to verify compatibility and guide setup. If your radar isn’t listed, there’s a good chance it can still be supported — and we’re always expanding our integrations.
We also actively collaborate with manufacturers interested in building more open, connected systems for the future of boating.
A step toward fully integrated onboard intelligence
Radar is just one piece of the puzzle.
Zora was built to bring together every system on board — navigation, monitoring, safety, and automation — into a single, intelligent platform that helps captains make better decisions with less effort.
By removing the limitations around where and how radar can be used, we’re continuing to move toward that vision:
a fully connected vessel, where information flows seamlessly and works together.
Available now
Radar overlay and control is available today in Zora 3.0.

Radar, without limits.
That’s the future — and it’s here.
